1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using JsonPrompts.in ("the Service"), a product of NaviGo Tech Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. Description of Service
JsonPrompts.in is a subscription-based library of AI prompts and JSON templates. We provide digital access to structured text data designed for use with third-party AI generation tools.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- Recurring Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis as selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing, but you will retain access until the end of your current cycle.
- Credits: Credits allocated to your account reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not rollover.
4. Intellectual Property
The platform, design, and original content structure are owned by NaviGo Tech Solutions. However, you are granted a license to use the copied prompts for your personal or commercial creative projects as per your plan's details.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the performance or output quality of third-party AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Gemini) used in conjunction with our prompts.
